Capt. Marks’s Smoked Salmon Dip

1.5 lbs. of Smoked Salmon – no bones
1 bag sharp cheddar cheese
1 block Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbs. garlic
1 tbs. minced onion
mix ingredients in mixmaster – make into ball – put on plate – let stand overnight  - serve with crackers
